In this age lady its ok for the woman to take the initiative, unless you want to live your entire life regretting you didn't. You could also send an emissary among your friends to sensitise him. Wishing you all the best.

it's perfectly ok 4 a woman to propose, but why dont u wait a little longer to see if the wonderful man of yours will propose first.

You should see what he says about marriage right now. As him where the relationship is going. Some guys are just slow at that because they don't want to be "tied down". They do love, but dread the foreverness of it.
