Hey Jax,
Yes, I like art. Art is an expression from the person that created it in non-verbal ways. It can be fun, serious, mad, sad, truth, lies, what ever the Artist wants it to be. I like art, and notice it every where I go. I was in a hotel this morning, and they had original paintings of tropical settings on materials other than canvas. My Grandsone and I just made a car for his cub scouts, and we hand painted it with Flames. My favorite thing to do is look at a piece and interpret it out loud (the way I see it), with a stranger standing next to me. Their reactions are always different, some think it wierd, some think it quaint, some disagree. Hope you like art too.

Hello! Art is wonderful, is a means of expressing the subconcious thoughts of the soul, and offers something that can be pleasing to the eye! My fave artists are Renoir, Monet, Cezzane, Chihuly (the glass artisan), DeGas, and I've come to like and enjoy VanGogh. Seeing his thick lines of swirling paint is interesting, as well as reveling in the luminescent colors Renoir used. Impressionism is my main fave, though I've branched into other streams as well. I consider my photography an art, the ability to see things most people do not see at all. It's a gift, and it's such a joy when I get my pictures back from developing to see so many pleasing images! As for painting, I'd like to get into it though I've not. I do dabble in drawing from time to time when inspiration hits me. A thing of beauty is a joy to behold.

Very much so, drawing, painting, sculpting scratch board/clay board and carving. I like to do just about any kind of art!

seriously though, I like design and illustration more than the majority of contemorary artists.

Always. I like painting and printmaking. In fact, I do traditional stone lithography about once a week.
