College basketball divisional tournemens 2007?

WHO is IN and WHO is OUT ?
Can I know situation today Feb.27 ?

The conference tournaments have not yet started. In most cases all teams are invited to the conference tournament.(the only exception I know of is the Big East Tournament which only invites the top 12.)

Now for the NCAA Tournaments:
Division I selection is on March 11th.
Division II selection is on March 4th
