The Mass Air Flow sensor is located in the air intake tube between the engine air filter and the throttle body. The part number should be right on the part. It is a very easy part to remove - usually just a few screws - but you might need Torx head bits or screwdrivers to do it. Sometimes these can be cleaned and restored to good working order by spraying intake (not carb) cleaner on the sensor wire.

The mass air flow sensor is located in the air intake for the fuel injection. Most cars have it mounted in front of the throttle body. You can find it by locating the air intake tube and traveling towards the engine until you find a black box the size of a thick credit card with electrical leads running to it.

Check AutoZone online, they show location of different parts and have online manuals.

are you sure it's not the oxygen sensor? if so, it's located under the dashboard behind your glove compartment (requires removal of glove compartment to access it)
