what is the name of the little cartoon guy that pops up asking questions as you are doing things like making labels or whatever? My mom has it on her office computer but i wanna know if i have it on my home computer as well so i can enable him to pop up when error is going to be made or needs to ask me what I want ot do.

It's called the Office Assistant. To get it, do the following:
1) Open an Office application
2) Click help at the top.
3) Click on Show the Office Assistant.
Now it should be there. To change the office assistant, right-click it and then click choose assistant (it's something like that).
