Hi. I bought an EVGA 512-P2-N637-AR GeForce 7950GT 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP KO Superclocked Video Card. But its not working. My screen just says no video signal. I took out my other video card, and all, but nothing. Is it possible that its not getting enough power. I have ALOT of things plugged into my supply. Please let me know.

You might try using the DVI to VGA adapter and running a VGA cable to your monitor until you install the drivers for your new video card, that is unless the card has a VGA output, then use that.

If it does not work with a VGA cable I would suspect you do not have enough power. Did you connect the 4 pin cable directly to the video card? These cards need the extra current and may not work without that cable. Not knowing what you have for a power supply, it may now provide enough power.

It could also be an issue with your motherboard. Not knowing what you have, there may be a setting in the bios to enable PCIe.

If all else fails, call EVGA tech support, they are open 24x7 and if you live in the USA it is a free call, so nothing to lose.

Hmmmm

Is there a hard drive power supply that you need to plug into it?

Also, you could try plugging your monitor into your motherboard, not through the video card to make sure that the computer boots up.

Then you could remove prior drivers (Especially if they were Radeon and you moved to Nvidia) And try again.

Though from the sound of it, it is probably a power issue.

Boy AM I IMPRESSED !!

Could be anything, including incompatible firmware.

1. YOu may have outclassed your current machine's capabilities.
2. You may not have set up the CMOS correctly
3. Could be a port or IRQ conflict
4. Maybe the card's not seated properly

and on, and on, ad nauseum.... Good Luck
