No one should eat chittlins, they are high in cholesterol and bad for the heart... not to mention they are the intestines which means it moves poo through to the anus of the pig... if its brown lumps you see, that isn't gravy...

Yes, and the correct spelling is chitterlings. There is a soul food place in Boston called "Bob The Chef," and black people have to stand in line in back of the white people rushing in to get thier chitterlings.
