Not knowing why you are down and hurt makes it more difficult to help you through it. All I can advise you is look for all the positive things you do, the people you make happy and all the things you like about yourself and then sort out how important those down feelings are compared to what you have to give.

BABY-DOLL I CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT IT COULD BE UNLESS THERE IS A BOY INVOLVED. NOT ENOUGH INFO- BUT WHATEVER IT IS- IT WILL PASS. IT MAY SEEM LIKE A LIFETIME BUT IT WILL PASS. I WISH YOU HAD OF SHARED MORE INFO WITH US. I BELIEVE IN THE PASS IT FORWARD. YOU GIVE LOVE AND IT COMES RIGHT BACK AT YOU. WE WENT TO CHEER UP AND OLD FELLA DYING WITH CANCER ONE TIME AND WE HAD ABOUT 17-TEENAGERS WITH US, HE INSPIRED ALL OF US SO MUCH WITH HIS UP-LIFTED SPIRITS WE FORGOT THE REASON WE WENT. HE HELPED US MORE THAN WE DID HIM. HE GAVE US MANY WORDS OF WISDOM AND SO MUCH ENCOURAGEMENT, AND HE WAS LAYING THERE DYING. MAN! THAT BLEW EVERYBODY THAT WAS THERE OFF COURSE. EVERYONE CAME A WAY FEELING BETTER, AND HE KNEW HE WAS HEADED FOR GREATER THINGS, AND TOLD US TO ALWAYS LOOK FOR THE BEST IN EVERYTHING AND YOU WILL FIND IT. IT'S BEEN TRUE SO FAR. GOOD LUCK BABY-DOLL AND CHEERUP- WE'ER PRAYING FOR YA!!
