can you get your learners permit when your 15 and 1/2?

i live in PA ans was just wondering if it legal in my state or in anystate

It's legal in VA and in NC u can get it the day you turn 15 if you took Driver's Ed, can't help with PA though

Last I remember yes. Here in AZ it's 15 years and 7 months, so that's pretty close.
