that guy jusgre has some good ones there....
my sister and I were given a shower together when we were pregnant this last time....
some of the games were;
guess the girth, they used a tape measure the only twist on it was which one is larger... we were told it was good we both were there... usually only one pregnant woman means the ladies in charge pick an item ahead of time (usually a baby gift bought just to play this game) and it is guess which is larger and
the size...... lol
another was they put a bunch of baby items into a bag and each person had a turn at feeling the items for sixty seconds..... after it went all thru the room each womanwas given a paper and pencil and they had to list as many as could be remembered.... items included things like; bottle, bottle cleaner, bib, pacifier, cloth diaper, pins, safety doorknob cover, spoon, sippy cup..... etc you would be surprised how many could not be remembered
first one to say baby loses game that one was described I saw
that is all I can add....
hope it helps

Guess the Girth
Check with the guest of honor in advance on this one. Some women may find this game a bit too personal, but if she's not shy, it can be a lot of fun. All you need is a ball or two of string. Ask guests to cut a length of string that they think will stretch around the future mom's belly. After everyone has had a turn, the mother-to-be measures and cuts a string that fits her belly. Compare her string to the pieces of string from each guest. The person who is closest wins. You'll be amazed at what people's estimates are. It's a great icebreaker and always good for some laughs.
Baby Picture Match Game
Before the shower, ask the guests for pictures of themselves as babies. Assemble the photos on a board and assign each a number. During the shower, pass out sheets of paper to the guests so they can match each baby to the appropriate grown-up. If the guests don't know each other well, name tags can help the process. The person who gets the most correct answers wins.
Baby Quiz
Ask the grandparents to write down what the parents were like as babies, and include vital statistics such as time of birth, height, weight, first tooth, first smile, age when toilet-trained, and early signs of their personality. Based on that information, make up a quiz about the future parents to hand out to guests. The person with the most correct answers wins a prize.
Melt the Ice
The day before the shower, freeze diaper pins, miniature pacifiers, tiny plastic babies, or similar items in ice cube trays. Give each guest an ice cube in a glass of water or other drink. The first person whose ice has melted so that the frozen item floats freely in the glass shouts, "My water broke!" and wins the game.
Swaddle/Dress the Baby
Get a life-size baby doll, receiving blanket, cloth diaper, diaper wrap, and onesie. Guests take turns trying to either dress or swaddle the baby. Time each guest — the one who does it fastest wins.
Don't Say "Baby"
Give every guest a clothespin to attach to her clothing and wear during the shower. Tell everyone not to say the word "baby" for the rest of the shower. If someone hears another guest say the forbidden word (and it's hard not to say it!), she gets to take the other guest's clothespin(s). The winner? Whoever has the most clothespins at the end of the shower.
Guess the Baby Food
Buy six or eight jars of baby food, all different flavors, and enough plastic spoons for all of the guests. Remove the labels from the jars and number them. At the shower, have everyone taste each jar and write down what kind of food they think it is, without letting fellow guests see their answers. Whoever gets the most right wins a prize. For a large shower, you may need to buy two jars of each kind and divide your guests into groups.
The Diaper Bag Memory Game
This is one of those memory games in which you add onto the list until it becomes too long to remember. The first player starts by saying the name of an item that would normally be found in a diaper bag. The second player lists that item plus one of their own. Each subsequent person must list everything already mentioned, in the proper order, and then add one more item. If you forget an item or list them out of order, you're "out." The last person still in the game is the winner.

You can have the less classy game of getting diapers and mushing melted candy bars into each one and numbering each diaper and have the guests guess the candy bar.
On ebay I bought pre made diaper game with fabric folded as a diaper and YOU mark 1 dirty and give a prize.
You can do a cross word but but it on your own pretty paper. You can get a shower book and just copy games out of it. you can buy a bunch of pacifers and give it to people when they walk in and if you say baby you take it away from that person. At the end of the day the person with the most wins and the mom gets the pacifers.

I've always played baby bingo where you fill in your bingo card with items you think the person will get for shower gifts and then whoever gets bingo wins- it's fun and you can have multiple winners. Also, freeze a little plastic baby in ice and the first person to "have" their child (get it completely out of the ice) wins. Also, a nice idea for a "door prize" is to have all of your thank you card envelopes at wach place setting and have everyone write their address on the envelope, collect them all and pull one out for a winner. This is nice to do too so you don't have to address all those thank you note envelopes! Hope that helps and have fun!

I've only played a game once at a shower. It was really funny...you'd have to google it to get all the information. Basically, you have a list of things that are related to babies and a list of candy bar names...and have the guests guess which match. Like breast feeding is good & plenty. That's the only one I remember off the top of my head, but the combinations were really funny!

the point of this game is to not say the word "baby". when the girls come in to the party they get three clothes pins to attatach to themselves. when every one has arrived and has received their pins then the game begins. if anyone hears someone else say "baby" then the person who heard it gets to take one clothes pin from the person who said it. when the party ends, or you can put a time limit on the game... who ever has the most pins gets a prize! it's worked out greatly for two showers i've been to : ) one was mine... and it was my idea...lol. good luck and have fun!

My friend had every one play baby shower bingo. Every one attending filled out a blank bingo card. In each space they wrote what they thought she would get for a present. As she opened prestents, they got to mark a space off just like in bingo. When you got a row or whatever pattern you were going for you would say bingo and get a door prize.

wager the flavour: Take the labels off the infant nutrition jars and have each and every person attempt to wager the flavour. Dont ignore to apply the peas, they are style of unappealing. wager THE candy BAR: soften a candy bar in place it interior the midsection of a sparkling open diaper. Whoever can wager the main properly wins. Its relaxing to confirm how a lot of people decide for to poke at it and scent it, attempt those candy bars: Almond excitement, Take 5, Hershey's Cookies and Cream, Whatchamacalit, kit Kat, Twix, Peppermint Patty, Mounds, Symphony with fruit, and Snickers.
