well it is winter/spring and i bought it from a store I fed it fertlizer

Depends on the type some produce fruit earlier than others. The weather affects how quickly they produce tomatoes. Watch for fruit to appear 45 to 90 days after transplanting.

If the blossom has been pollenated, as soon as the flower *wilts* and dries out you should be able to see the beginnings of a tomato...(VERY small), the tomato will look like a little bead. As far as time to harvest, it depend on the variety of tomato.
