It's hard to say since you havent said what she likes..does she like sports or barbie?
I really think that you should ask her what she is into right now because you dont want her to have a horrible party experience...does she even want to have a party?
I guess I would compose a scheme based on her favorite colors and have like a movie theme maybe she can invite guests to a "movie night" where they watch the latest movie...or maybe she would enjoy a sleepover..

Why not have a party at a movie theater , bowling alley, pump it up (which is an indoor inflatable arena) and a load of fun, ice skating, roller blading, or why not invite some of her closest frinds over for a simple pizza, ice cream with movie party. They can make and decorate their own sundaes with cool mix ins like oreo's, m&m's, jelly worms, fudge, butterscotch, sprinkles, crushed candybars, whipped cream and cherries, set it up like a sundae bar. Having a party like this at home is very cost effective also.

One of my daughters decided to bypass the party and go to Seaworld for a Dolphin Adventure. The other had a Hawaiian Luau themed sleepover.

If it's not a suprise party why don't you ask her???? She would probably love to have some imput. She is turning 11 she's getting to that age where you have to ask or what you think is cool just might not be.
