A blonde by any other name is just a brunette...?

Does anybody understand what this means? I saw it on a t-shirt/

I think it means that dying your hair blonde is relatively easy. I mean, you go to the store, pick your color, do it at home, and you're an instant blonde! But I think it may also mean that some brunettes should be blonde. You know, they've the whole blonde thing going on. They act stupid, silly, always going after the guys, etc. <3
