Your boyfriend is stupid. No it won't make your baby allergic. Eat all the strawberries you want to. He just told you that so he could have all of them.
I sat in the middle of a strawberry field for an hour and a half one day and ate all the strawberries I could when I was pregnant with my daughter. I ate them every day for 3 months and she wasn't born with a "patch".

You eating strawberries while pregnant will not make the baby allergic to them. After the baby is born, though, you may need to 'cut down' on eating fresh strawberries and also things like chocolate if you are 'nursing' because that can cause 'digestive upset' in the baby, or diarrhea, or even 'rash' and could cause allergies in an 'allergy prone' infant. Don't feed these things to the baby, either, until it is at least one year old ... and the closer it is to two years old, the better you will be in the 'allergy' department with your new child.

NOT TRUE!! Eat anything you want, (healthy that is) that you want when you are pregnant. After the baby is born, you just dont want to feed it strawberries until closer to a year of age, as they can be a potential allergen in babies. A pregnant woman eating strawberries will not cause a birthmark patch either, this an old "wives tale".
