it has a metaphorical meaning, kind of like all songs and all lyrics and songs. when people talk about Lil Wayne "Weezy F. Baby", they're usually doubting him and talking negatively about him. those words that they say are like bullets to him, like the "haters" want to "shoot" him and for him to "die" from the rap industry. Lil Wayne responds by saying that he'll never surrender and that he's still gonna spit fire (rap in his own unique style); to anybody-haters, girls, fans, everyone in general.
