It was over 3 yrs ago and I still dont feel quite the same

It's kind of like my whole body/spirit is pregnant or still affected by it. kind of

Intentional miscarriage. I thought maybe that's why God invented those plants-neem, pennyroyal, juniper . ..but the effect would say not I couldnt breathe and it was more than traumatic

The only emotion I really have about it is fear/immobility

It does go away, but your body will never be the same...it will return to its normal feature but it will not be the same, muscles were stretched and so on...it has been 14 years since my first pregnancy -DD and 12 since my DS...even with two loses before 8 wks I still don't feel quiet the same...

Did you become unpregnant because of abortion or miscarriage? I think the emotional effects are some what similar in a loss the difference is one you were solely responsible because of the choice whether it be for medical or social reasons. Miscarriage could happen for any number of reasons... either way when you feel a loss... it's still a loss that without proper coping skills and mourning could haunt you forever.

Find the appropriate support network and face those feelings... if through an online forum or a counselor find peace.

You question is odd. Pregnancy doesn't last forever... a normal one lasts 9 months... How can you be pregnant for only a day or two? If you were only a day or two pregnant you wouldn't know you were pregnant because one: you haven't missed a period and two: no blood or pee test would confirm pregnancy....

only if you want it to.. either that you are feeling regret an guilt about it... other wise you wouldnt be feeling this way.
