Just curious because I have never seen or heard of one.

I am not referring to a lesbian or a hermaprodite.
I am talking about a woman who undergoes a sex-change and leaves her genitalia in tact.

Yes. In fact, 1 out of 200 people are Trans. However, we don't 'stick out' as much as people seem to think. No pun intended. What I mean is, we fit in.

Heck yes there are.

They are much less well-known than male-to-female transsexuals, but they are out there, and in much the same numbers as MtF's.

Look up Patrick Califia, Jamison Green, Max Wolf Valerio, Matt Kailey, Loren Cameron, Del LaGrace Volcano, Lou Sullivan, Dhillon Khosla, Brandon Teena, Robert Eads, and Billy Tipton for examples of famous FtM men.

Hope that helps.

Of course! And, you know, you may have seen one without even knowing it. Called FTM (female-to-male) for short, there are absolutely transexual individuals making the transition to a male body. The reason you have probably not heard of FTM transsexuals is that they are very under-studied -- most studies of transsexualism focus on MTF (male-to-female). Like MTFs, however, FTMs can choose to undergo a physical transition through a variety of methods, including breast reduction surgery, genital restructuralization, or the use of hormones (specifically testosterone). FTM may grow facial hair, developed pronounced male features (broad shoulders, distinct jawline, etc.) so that you may not even realize that he was born with a female body.

The movie Boys Don't Cry is about a transgendered (though I don't believe transsexual) FTM. If you haven't seen it, it is a very good (and very sad) story.

Yes, there have been a few.
Sir Harold Gillies and his colleague Ralph Millard carried out the world's first sex change of a woman into a man on the young aristocrat, Micheal Dillon (nee Roberta Cowell, 1915-1962) in England in 1945. I can't help but wonder where they got the parts.......

Yes, not as many, but I've met a few. I've also had a friend who refused to be a gender. That made the pronoun thing REALLY aggravating!

Yes they do exist. Female to male transsexual exist but since they blend in so well they dont get noticed as much as the Male to Female transsexuals do.
