beleive it or not cough medicine can help.taking from this site

Can taking cough syrup help me conceive?

Answer: While there's not a lot of medical research to support this idea, anecdotal evidence suggests that it can help. But there are a few caveats, too. One ingredient in certain cough syrups — guaifenesin — can help you get pregnant by thinning your cervical fluid, which enables sperm to travel through your cervix and fertilize an egg. If you know from taking your temperature every morning that you're ovulating, but you don't seem to be producing much wet, slippery, cervical fluid, guaifenesin might be all the help you need to get pregnant. This is the paradox

There are foods which are rumored to help increase fertility, but these are all old wives tales and cannot really be relied upon for something as important as conceiving a child.

At your young age, you should talk to your doctor. You might also want to check out the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility to help you better understand your cycles so that you can plan your conception attempts for when they are most effective.

Best wishes!

My husband and I have been trying for about 5 months and it took about a year with my first one and I'm the same age as yourself. But anyways, I read that if your partner drinks a caffeinated drink one hour before intercourse that it will give his sperm some pep and may help them move faster.
