I broke one of my wheels, and it is not repairable. I have velocity 20 inches, but don't know the style number. I checked with local dealers, and they say my style has been discontinued. However, I do know that my model is just like the velocity VW 199 without the rivets. I don't want to invest in a brand new set when all I need is one wheel. So, do I need to find someone who can replicate it? Or is that legal? And if it is do you know someone who can?

One of the issues with replacing stock parts with aftermarket goodies like wheels is that they have a short popularity span and then go out of manufacture. I think your best bet is to find a used one. Try taking a picture and seeing if a used parts network will carry your request.
