is it just me or do we seriously need new charectors in the series.
every season we get introduced to someone new but they turn out bad. Two seasons ago we meet the guy who will be Jack's brother and now he's dead but was part of the crisis starting last season.
Seems like there's always a guy inside CTU thats working for the bad guys.
Lets have some good guys on the inside for once.

I agree. What kind of screening system does CTU and The Goverment have that all these rats keep slipping through the cracks?

Well so far, no one from CTU is bad. It's everyone in Jack's family that is, lol. I think the use of new characters keeps it fresh and for people who are new to the show, they don't feel so lost in the storyline because these guys (outside of Bauer) haven't been around long. However, I do agree with you that I would like to see one year without a mole in CTU or the government.

If the good guys were all good, and the bad guys were all bad, where would that leave the whole suspense angle of the show. Many a great plot twist comes from true motivation being revealed.
Just look what happened with Nina.

if you have watched from the beginning, a lot of the characters were only names at one time, now we are seeing the faces and strorylines of those names,,, and not all are bad
