All of my images on line show up blurry?

I have MSN as my internet provider, I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not, but every image on my computer, it doesn't matter what website it's on, is severely unclear. Any ideas as to how to clear it up?

If you are using an LCD monitor, make sure it is set to it's Native Resolution (this will be listed in your manual).

i dont know how to make it clear up permanently...but just refresh the page and it should clear up
