I read the ingredients on them and they are basically just hard sugar candies flavored with mint or ginger, etc. There's nothing special in them to help with the nasuea. So you might try regular hard candies that are available there. I suspect they might just be a marketing gimmick.
You might not have as much morning sickness with this pregnancy as every pregnancy is different. good luck!

I've never tried them, but I bet they are just glorified/expensive candy. Do you have Gatorade in the UK? That is what I drank in the mornings when I first got up, and it seemed to help quite a bit. I bought the powdered kind and just mixed myself a drink every morning, or when I was feeling especially pukey. If you have the powdered version available I would go with that because I found the pre-mixed kind to be too sweet, and it didn't really solve much. Drinking Gatorade never got rid of the nausea completely but it definately brought me to a level where I felt I could function. I don't think there is ever a time when you feel "normal" when pregnant anyway, I'm 33 weeks and I still suffer from nausea sometimes.

first of all, congratulations!
One of my friends gave me preggie pops, and unfortunately they didnt help me much. Most of them tasted so odd that they actually made me nauseous. They did help, however, during labor. I dont know about you, but I was immensly thirsty and wasnt allowed water ( i know, its stupid) only ice chips during labor and i hated the cold on my teeth. The preggie pops kept my mouth moist and gave me something to bite down on when the pain hit!! lol.
I honestly dont know of anyone who found the pops useful as a nausea reducer. Im sure there are people, or else they wouldnt sell them, but i have yet to meet one. Its probably worth a try, though. I found peppermints and orange soda much more useful.
Good Luck, and again, CONGRATS!

Hi. I used these during my first trimester and they worked fine. However, I'm more than certain that any sour candy will do. I dont think there is anything special about the brand or the candy for that matter. And there a bit over priced. :-) Try any hard sour candy, it will most likely have the same affect.
