Not really according to news...Her "mother" is still appealing to a higher court now, to have her "rotting away" daughter moved to Texas, so she can make $$$$$ off of her!!! Sickening!!! I did not know Ms Smith, and unless you walk in someones shoes, one can not call her anything like the negative things people are saying....But I do know one thing, I have grown daughters, and if my daughter died suddenly at such a young age, a few things.....
A....I wouldn't be fumbling with papers in the courtroom , that's what lawyers are for, and fidgeting in my chair.....If I could function, I would be listening to every word the man was saying....
B. The Coroner says Ms Smith is "decomposing at a rapid rate"...that would sicken me as the parent to hear, she sits stoic, and still appeals a sound decision....
C. then says she wants to exhume Daniels, Ms Smiths son who just died, his body and move it to Texas, because it would cost thousands to visit the graves for plane tickets if she wanted to go to the Bahama's.....Fact: Ms Smith and her mother hadn't spoken in not one, not two, but 15yrs!!! Yeah right lady, whatever!!
D. she knows the media would flock to Texas if she won, and that means $$$$.....
I am a white woman, but that woman would win the White Trash of the Year Award, hands down!!! I wouldn't be able to function if it was my daughter, yet this woman shows NO emotion what so ever!! Nauseating!!!!!!! She should be buried next to her son, and it be done already!!!!

She's still dead.
Her carcass is still unburied.
Her baby daughter is still waiting to find out who the real daddy is.
Her boyfriend is still after her money.
Her mom is still wanting to bury the carcass in Texas.

dude, leave it alone. She's a dead prostitute for heaven's sake! I feel bad for the baby. A pothead mom, parents were never married, dead mother, no idea who the lover/father is. If she dosen't turn out to be a pothead slut like her mother, I'll smack myself. It gets passed on from generation to generation, and I need look no further than my high school for proof of that.
