Click Start -- Programs -- Accessories -- System Tools -- System Information. From the System Summary go to Display info from the the Component node. The name of the card will be present. Else right click My Computer -- click Properties -- click Hardware tab. Select Device Manager and check the name of the Display Adapter.

Hope this will do. :-)

In brief you can look in your Device Manager. To do this Click on Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardware - Device Manager. Under Display Adapters you should see your video card.
