Lets say this man asked me out but he doesnt know my age. I'm 16 but I look older. It wouldnt be lying since he didnt ask me.

Depends on his age. Do you know his age? If you don't, ask him, and hope he asks you. Or if you do know, pretend you don't and ask him anyway. Or just tell him. It could make things very complicated if you didn't tell him.
