When You have Fluffs on your shirt?

How do you get them off i have these little fluff circle things on my shirt alot of them i tried washing but they dont come off unless i pick them off is their a faster way

there is a little device made...sorry I don't know the name of it...maybe it's called a de-piller or something close, it literally shaves the pills off clothing, it's fabulous! I've saved many a sweater with it. Try the sewing section of a larger chain type store.
