I'm not really gullible but I have to admit that at 2am when I haven't slept because I'm worrying about money, those guru's seem pretty convincing! Has anyone had success ordering one of these programs? If so, which one and what was really expected of you?

I've a few tried and sadly not a one is anywhere near as sucessful as the ads would like you to believe. In most cases all you're doing is just buying another job.

There is no such thing as getting rich quick (unless you include lotteries or inheritances...both of which come with heavy taxes known as "windfall taxes"). You have to work hard to earn good money. The reason most of those "get rich quick programs" are on late at night is that they are not successful enough to air during the day on television. Think long and hard before investing time and effort into an allegedly "get rich quick" program.

I did Carleton Sheet's course. I bought my house and 3 rental properties. Some people say his material is outdated, but I think they just got tired of hearing the "no's" from people. Stick with it and you should do OK.
