No, it's not true. That's just something guys with big slinky's tell guys with little slinky's, because we feel sorry for them.

Most guys with healthy penises will have a flaccid size that varies considerably at different times, so the question doesn't really make much sense.
Any particular male's flaccid penis length can very by up to a few inches during the day. There is no fixed flaccid penis size in anyone.
There also is no correlation between flaccid size and erection size.
The only way to tell how big a guy is is to see him with a full erection. You can't tell if a guy is big or small, or average by seeing him nude if he doesn't have a full erection.

Its not that small flacid guys will be bigger, but the gap is actually narrower on erect then flaccid penises. I've read it!
I believe it. There's not a good correlation between flaccid size and erect size, but there IS a good relationship between how long you can stretch it when flaccid and erect size. My thinking is that guys who are bigger, the weight of it flaccid penis stretches it out closer to its max length, which makes a big differance vs small ones that just sit there. But when they're erect, less of a differance.

slinkys come in one size, they are made of spring steel, they do not get smaller or bigger...
there should not be much of a difference between slinky's, they are probably all made by the same machine..
u can make your slinky longer by hanging it over a tree and letting it stretch out for a bit... try uncoiling the wires and letting it stretch... this way, u will have a longer slinky than other guys..

Despite the idiotic comments given I know what you are getting at. Some penises say roughly the same size when they are erect; they just go hard. However there is another type of penis which (i forget the term) increases in size considerably when erect but is fairly small when flaccid. This is true; ask a urologist if you don't believe me.

is true... in % a 2 inch when soft can become over 5 inches.. making 250+% of growth ,,,, but those that have 5 inches soft would grow up to 7-8+ inches.. whic is less than 200% in growth.. ... meaning that grow less % of its size.. but not in all cases biggr.

some people grow a lot but it's not true for most guys. Think about it, if they have a tiny penis when erect it isn't going to be huge when it's not durrrrrr

some are growers, some are showers. the size of slink large or small makes no difference the other way.
