Green is probably the best for you because of your green eyes. Also any bright colors because of your fair skin. I wouldn't wear white, or any really pale colors that would wash you out if I were you. I have pale skin too (brown hair though) and colors like yellow and orange look really bad on me.

Are you fair with pink/blue undertones or fair with orange/yellow undertones. That makes a big difference in what you would look good in. Because you are blond, I'm going to go with the former and hope I'm right.
Pinks, blues, greens should all look very nice on you. Some purples may work as well. Neutral colors like black, gray and brown should do fine as well. I disagree with one of the earlier posters that you should stay away from white. White actually helps with your coloring...darker colors will make you look pale. (Although, I love wearing black because it gives me more of a porcelain finish.) If you like white, wear it.
Unless you have the orange/yellow undertones...stay away from oranges and be careful with yellows and reds, as they can make you look sickly.

To be certain you can go to a colour therapist . Knowing you have fair hair isnt really enough. It also depends where you are going. Most people know if you want to be taken seriously it is better to wear formal colours like blue, black and grey.
I would also say with you being so fair for normal day to day wear pastel colours would probably look good on you whereas they wouldnt on someone who has a darker complextion.

light and dark green because of your eyes, pale pink and other pastel colors like pale blue and lavendar, but not yellow and not orange, you probably wouldn't look good in red, black is always a safe and good choice, and also brown probably would look nice. Whites, creams, and beiges would blend in well with your hair and skin. But your best bet is green and black or brown.

I'm the same description, except blue eyes. I wear colors that bring out my peepers. Maybe you should try browns, greens, maybe even charcoal grey...experiment in a dressing room and see what colors make your eyes pop more.

if you have blonde hair it will naturally get bleached by the particular sun in the summer. There has been this guy in my class who else had golden blonde hair that was a medium brown near the bottom. When he came back to college after summer vacation, it was almost platinum blonde!

Jet black hair. I have actually dark brown hair and I believe dark hair looks better. I don't really like blonde hair.

most blondes usually look really good in green. Black is an obvious one, too.
