Belle, because she was so different from everyone and brought out the best in people. She was also able to see past the harsh outside form of the Beast and made him realize he had a heart.

Cinderella, because she had such a sucky life but then it all turend around and became good. It just shows you that even if you are in a bad situation, later on, it will all clear up.
