The Reformation started in 1517 when the German monk Martin Luther nailed his open letter containing 95 Theses to the door of the Cathedral in Wittenberg, basically a protest against the corruption of the RC Church.

Definitely c. The Reformation was a movement to reform the Catholic church because of malpractices and corruption within the church.
