I'm going to Barcelona with my baby, and was not sure where's the best area to stay where it's easy for me to walk my baby in his carriage to almost all the major attractions. I'm thinking to at least visit the Sagrada Familia, the Joan Miro museum, and the Park Guell... Any suggestions?

All the hotels in the "Eixample" area will do. It's the "heart" of Barcelona and with good public transport communications.
Hotels in Passeig de Gràcia are quite expensive, check the "Granados 83" hotel really cool and conveniently located. The "Hesperia Presidente" is also nice.

Enjoy your stay!!

Well , Barcelona have good public transport and Taxis are not expensive. I think that a nice area to walk around with a baby and close to all the places you want to visit is a Hotel in Paseig de Gracia or Rambla Catalunya , the Majestic or the Condes de Barcelona are nice hotels

Most visitors stay in or near the Ramblas or in the Gothic Quarter just to the east. This is a good base from where you can explore the city's sights by day including Gaudi's masterpiece, the unfinished Sagrada Família Cathedral, and Parc Güell in the north.
