This is not my forte but I hope these help. I put the addy of where I got the info under each topic. Good luck, Pal.

In mathematics, exponential growth (or geometric growth) occurs when the growth rate of a function is always proportional to the function's current size.

The logistic model was originally introduced as a demographic model by Pierre François Verhulst. Later it was applied on surplus production of the population biomass of species in the presence of limiting factors such as food supply or disease, and so two causal effects:
·reproduction means the population will increase at a rate proportional to the current population
·starvation means the population will decrease at a rate proportional to the value obtained by taking the theoretical "carrying capacity" of the environment less the current population.

Photosynthesis is the physico-chemical process by which plants, algae and photosynthetic bacteria use light energy to drive the synthesis of organic compounds. In plants, algae and certain types of bacteria, the photosynthetic process results in the release of molecular oxygen and the removal of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere that is used to synthesize carbohydrates (oxygenic photosynthesis).

exponential growth occurs when the growth rate of a function is always proportional to the function's current size.

Logistic Growth - It presupposes that the growth rate is dependant on population density and restricted by carrying capacity (limit to growth). Such growth is typically represented by an S-curve, whereby the growth rate declines as the population increases.

Sorry, I don't know all the answers but I know what photosynthesis is...
Photosynthesis is the process in which plants make their own food by using the sun's energy.

Hope it helps... :)
