Don't worry about the spelling and English part. Half of the engineering students here can't spell or even speak English very well but they made it into college.
Try to bring up those C's, take AP courses in Science and Math if possible and do well on your SAT/ACT tests. Get involved with science clubs if possible.
Don't be timid, apply to good major 4 year colleges. They might accept you. If not you can always go to a community college first and work yourself into a 4 year college.

Wait till high school... middle school is worlds away from the work you'll have to do in high school. Your high school grades will give you a better idea. If you're not picky, there are colleges out there that take people with a 60-65% average, but if you want a bachellor's degree, you're probably looking at university, where the admission average ranges from 75%-90%. Just work hard.

Honestly I don't think many people are ready for college when they get there. It's not all about the grades, it is also about maturity. For most it is their first time away from home and on their own. You are dependent on yourself and must practice self-discipline in order to achieve and maintain your GPA. Lots of people just aren't ready for this experience.
Try to improve those 'C's. Take some honors and AP classes - in subjects where you excell, like math and science. Get involved in extracurriculars and start practicing self-discipline. Set your bedtime at a decent hour and hold yourself to it. Take charge by deciding your homework will be completed by dinner time on weekdays. Start setting small goals such as these for yourself, it will enable you to excell when you become dependent on yourself alone.

F in spelling.
I think you should use your highschool years to bring up your lower grades, and maintain your good grades. You're not ready for college yet, but with determination, you will be ready at the end of high school.

Well, you may be really for collage, which is artwork made by sticking images together with glue. If you were to practice collage you would probably improve your C in art. ;)
So, if you were to do that, work on your English, and finish high school, then I wish you the best of luck in college. You can do it! :)

First, learn to differentiate between COLLEGE and COLLAGE.
It will be tough going for you at college if you don't improve your English language skills. Fortunately, there is this great invention called a SPELL CHECKER, installed on all computers.Use it.And pay attention to your writing. You wouldn't do badly by investing in a dictionary and a good grammar revision text, either.

Do you have $20,000 US?
Can you get $20,000 US over the next four years?
Can your parents get $20,000 US over the next four years?
If the answer to any of these three questions is "yes", then you are ready for college.
Just a tip, if you need to ask others if you are ready for college, just convince your parents to give you the money for "educational" purposes and move out. They will be happier in the long run and you will come out ahead.

fix those c's and try to get into AP classes. Get honors in high school. Join extracurricular activities. And you might want to rethink biology. It's a really hard to major to get into, and a hard one to complete
