how old is b/friend? yes she's opened the door. she needs to find out why she agreed to do that.....something is missing in her life to feel she should do that so young. my sis in law got pg at 15....she just wanted to be loved. now that she's much older she sees it....but never did then.

I'm curious exactly what you are asking. "Is this OK to do?". Short answer is no, not at 14. Long answer involves more communication. As has been asked already, how old is the boyfriend? How long/regularly have they been seeing each other? If my daughhters had ever admitted to that at 14 (No way they would ever admit it to me, but if they had) my heart would have stopped. But, I would have been relieved thats all they did. It can lead to other things, thats true. Was it done out of curiosity, was she pressured into it, was it a compromise when she refused to do anything else? As far as AIDS goes. I don't think the AIDS virus can survive outside the body for very long, we're talking seconds here. (But please refer to a higher authority on this to be certain) ) so its physically safer than sex (on a number of levels). But your original question "Is this ok to do", in the long run, has to be answered by your friend. And you, as a friend, can help her make that decision, but you can't make it for her, and you shouldn't try to make it for her.

You can advise her what can happened if she goes farther, but nothing can really stop her. Warn her of the risks of STD's and pregnancy, maybe it'll get through to her.

Just tell her how you feel... and maybe even talk to the boyfriend.

just explain to her that you are worried for her health and well being... express your concern but don't accuse her of anything. Just be nice.
