i know how to FINALLY be rid of the so-called "Madden curse"....

PUT TONY DUNGY ON THE COVER of next year's Madden '08.

the curse is done but a CHAMPION would be on the cover. he has been called, potentially, the new "face" of the NFL; put that man to the forefront because it is DESERVED... without even having to mention how he, and Mr. Lovie Smith, broke a "barrier record" by taking their respective teams to the Super Bowl.

...if you know ANYTHING about the NFL then you know what this man has accomplished and had to deal with since the new millenium. he has handled it all with such amazing, mature, intelligent, and passionate poise that it proves that we are capable of great things regardless of any negatives standing in the way.

i'll take full credit, of course for suggesting this. lol

ALSO, EA needs to put the "Head Coach" game aspects into Madden to make it better, DEFINITELY needs to have improve the "create-a-uniform" for teams; while the gameplay gets better!!!!

I like that idea, why not with the next version of Madden, combine both games into 1. you can play as either... and even switch during the season.

What if Tony Dungy doesn't make the playoffs? Wouldn't that qualify as the Madden Curse? Anyway, EA wants to market the gameplay (= players) so that's why I don't see any head coach on the cover.

Put kicker Adam Vinatieri on the cover. You can't go wrong unless he gets injured by a freak accident.

Sadly it has already been done... it isn't officialy released but many many reliable sources have stated Chad Pennington of all people... I think they should put John Madden on the cover... Maybe he will get hurt and not broadcast MNF anymore lol.

He is a good coach....NOT a good black coach if people want to give him extra praise because he is the first black coach to win a Superbowl then we are not treating him as an equal but rather pointing out the fact that he is a black coach not just a coach
