It depends on whether there has been vaginal penitration by a penis. Although the person said before that it is painfull and there is blleding that is not always the case. If youhave engaged in other sexual activities or used a tampon, sex is not alway as painful and it doesnt always casue bleeding your first time.
Can i just say though if you are not sure what makes a virgin...you are not prepared to have sex, so if you are thinking about it please slow down.

Virgin: a person who has never had sexual intercourse.
That's the definition from the dictionary. In my opinion, this includes anal sex as well. Otherwise, all sexually active homosexuals would be virgins :P

if you have had penetrive sex then your not a virgin, you can still get pregnant withut penetive sex if your bf got too close to you.

If you've not had sex with someone, you're a virgin. If you have had sex, you're not. It doesn't matter whether you're pregnant or not.
