I think it's meant as "arbitrary" these days...sigh. Or most have no idea of what "wrong" means.

Nothing is illegal in this country. If you have enough money or know the right people you can break the law without worry.

I know because I bought my way out of a situation just recently, however, if you don't have money or know people then an innocent person can and usually will go to jail....welcome to America
