When I do a Full System Recovery, this removes everything off my computer right....? Does this remove any viruses also?

I am talking about using the System Recovery CD which says to re-install operating system, programs, and drivers?

The Disc also says WARNING: The recovery process erases all data and files from the Hard Drive. Help Please...?

I'm assuming you're using a restore disk that came with the PC. In that case, it would remove and reinstall everything.

Some PC manufacturers have a tendency to create a backup partition, if that is infected somehow, you run the risk of being becoming reinfected although the chances of that are low

your computer backs up fuiles at recovery dates, when you use the system restore disk, it will ask you to pick from thedates it has made back ups as long as your virus was not on your computer at that date in time then yes it will remove the virus, but if the virus was dormant like some are, at the date you pick then it wont do any good, your mcAfee or norton should have picked up on the virus as long as your software is up to date

NO, you are using the word "recover"
It restores stuff you backed up. You need to fix viruses and refresh the OS
OR you can reload the initial load CD rom which will wipe and re-install as when you got it new

If it includes formatting, then it will remove viruses too (unless it is a boot sector virus, then you have a bigger problem, but it is probably not).
