i posted a question earlier asking when to put my guppy in the breeder box and seeing the answers i put her straight in, but now over the past couple of hours her bum has gone really pointed, also she keeps bashing into the sides of her breeder box any tips on how to stop that and anyone with knowledge on her pointy bum ?? thanx

She is getting ready to deliver the fry, hence the pointed appearance. She is also wanting to get in a place that feels safe such as in a plant or low to the ground. If possible move some plants under and around the breeding box and that should make her much more comfortable and quite.

What MM said is right. However moving a pregnant fish that close to delivery can cause fatal stress. If you want to save baby guppies or swordtails or mollies,the females should be moved at least 2 weeks before they deliver. If you can't do that then just add a lot of cheap bunch plants to the tank and hope for the best. It's quite possible that you female won't survive.---Sorry.-----PeeTee
