I´ve a PS3 and its amazing, i mean SUPER AMAZING and dont know why people say its crap.....

Why? Here's a fact for you: They're 360 fanboys, so no matter what you say, they'll stick by that the 360 is better than the PS3.
Just read some of the reasons, and you'll understand what I mean.
Here are some of the excuses that they've used, yet, they're all flawed.
1. The 360 has better or same graphics than the PS3. To begin with, the 360 is 1 year old, so it's 2nd gen graphics, while the PS3 is first gen launch graphics. Big difference. But if you think about it, it doesn't say much about the 360 if its 2nd gen graphics is comparable to the PS3's 1st gen launch graphics.
2. The 360 has better games. Very true except the 360 has been out 1 year longer than the PS3, so of course, the 360 will have more games. But 1 or 2 years from now, can the same be said? It's been over a year since the 360 launched, and the number of good games isn't that numerous.
3. The 360 is cheaper than the PS3. True only if you're looking at the price, but include everything that the PS3 has, the 360 becomes much more expensive than the PS3. Get a HD-DVD player add-on, 200 bucks, wi-fi adapter, another 100 bucks. There's also 40 gb difference in hard drives between the 360 and PS3, so add another 10 bucks. The PS3 also has the various memory slots, something that the 360 doesn't have and can't have.
4. XBL is the best online service. True, but it also costs 50 bucks a year.

Straight up the Xbox 360 is better than the PS3 sorry Sony fan boys its true. I've personally have played both systems and hands down as of right now the PS3 isn't even close to matching what the 360 can do right now. So what if Xbox-live cost $50 its well worth it. Can you download HD movies on the Ps3 I think not, can you download TV show again I think not. Sure they'll eventually will be able to do this but will they do it as good as Xbox 360 doubtful. I'd rather pay for service that is worth it then get a piece of crap online service for free. All the features on Xbox-live alone not even including the games warrants the purchase of a 360. I hope maybe in time the PS3 will pick up some stream and deliver more then the 360 ever could I'm not hatter but I cant seem to find reason to purchase a PS3 just yet. Hopefully in time I will.

I think ps3 is not worth that much. But we all have opinions and there is nonthing you can do about it. I mean 500-600 dollars for a gaming system plus the games that are $dollars to that makes it 600-700 dollars with tax. I have a xbox 360 and the wii and xbox 360 will have the head on race. Ps3 is too much and right now there is not enough games.

Well, the games so far for the PS3 aren't very good, plus it's expensive. The Xbox 360 is familiar with more gamers and has been out a longer time than the PS3, and more games=more good games. If you're debating what to buy for yourself, I would get the 360 and wait before buying the PS3.

Alot of people say its crap cuz the PS3 doesnt have enough games out right now for many players to buy. But same goes about the XBOX 360...only good game on that would be GEARS OF WARS. Other then that the PS3 is alot better but too expensive....this is the main reason alot of people say its crap...but not enough games and too much money!!! Thats what my friends and I always discuss about.

I own a PS3. I love my PS3. Yes they don't have many games out now, but it takes time. HOw many games did ps2 have when it came out? Playstation is currently releasing psp, ps2 and ps3 games, unlike microsoft who has the benifit of just focusing on 1 product right now. I prefer PS3 because I am a sony fan. Madden dissappointedc me, but as in all new platforms, it takes time to fully use the total capabilities of a new system. But if you want facts, ps3 has a more powerful pricessor than 360, at that than most computers, it plays blu-ray discs which a blue-ray player cost $1000 alone, and come on' it's a playstation.

ps3's have a lot of recalls on them. it will be a great system when the bugs get worked out.
i don't like the xbox 360 either. i'm all about the wii.

But personally, I think they're both crap :/
