Hope fully either both (C Rice) or neither (McCain).

Clinton is too divisive. And she has no set policies. They change to whatever she thinks will get her most votes. And most can see through that. And it is hard to forget the spectacle she made of herself over Bill's affairs. No woman with any self-respect would have taken the public humiliation that she did. And it was only because she wanted to stay as first lady.

Obama has a better chance. His main drawback is inexperience of how Washington works. And then the other Democrats are turning on him. probably worried by how much of a threat he is to them. But that will harm him in the primaries. I somehow doubt he will even be their nomination. But then the Democrats usually manage to bypass the best candidate they have for a no-hoper. Kerry was always going to struggle and the Dems blew a great chance of beating Bush in 2004 by selecting him.

Rice has, at least as far as I know, not come forward as a candidate. She would be the best of all for fulfilling the requirements but I have doubts about whether she will run.

These are not the only two candidates out there, granted, they are very likely to go up against one another. This is not to be racist or sexist, but the gender and race of the candidate is going to be a major factor to some, and not of importance to others. There will always be descrimination in America, and is a topic that is unavoidable. Personally, though I am a Republican, I believe Hilary is pulling ahead right now.

Neither, I think either John McCain or Rudy Gulliani will win the 2008 Presidential Election.

I think it should be Condi Rice - an African American female! Granted, my opinion of her is not based on her gender or her race - I just think she is intelligent and educated and experienced and would make a fantastic leader!

I like Hillary's chances because of name recognition, While she will never be able to shut the repuglican hate machine up, it is really only a few lemings that repeat what they hear on talk radio and, I do think she will over come that with facts.

Gender and race have no meaning. It's whether or not that candidate can do the job best that will get my vote.

I personally think that Hillary will win and I do think race will have something to do with it. Not my opinion but I think it's on peoples minds at some level.
