Saturday imma buy some black jeans and black shirts to go with my new black nikes. I already have black clothes but they have faded or have white streaks on them. They dont go too good with my shoes. what can i do?????????????

wash things inside out and don't wash with any other colors and make sure there is NO bleach in the detergent. you can use a special detergent made for black clothes too Good luck!

You have to prevent them from fading by using woolite for black clothing. Also, always wash your darks in cold water. If you are buying a particular pair of jeans and shirts that you want to keep in perfect condition you might even consider getting them dry cleaned or washing them in the gentle cycle seperate from your other clothes.

Wash them in cold on the shortest cycle you need to get them clean. Wash them only with other dark clothes.
Use Cheer for dark clothes. It neutralizes the chlorine in tap water and is designed to keep clothes from fading.
If you have any stains, use a non-chlorine bleach (safe for colors) or Spray 'n Wash Stain Stick.

Cold water wash, do not over agitate ( short cycle )& don't overload washer.
Often the streaks are caused by clothes not rolling along in the wash water causing long term rubbing of agitator in same place on clothes. ( happens with all colors just more visible on darks).
ALSO DO NOT pour detergent directly over any clothes , any colors...pre-mix with some wash water & add clothes or add liquid through dispenser or as wash cycle begins.

dont put black cloths in dryer wash inside out use a laundry soap made for dark cloths
