Be you...follow your heart..be good..!

If you seek for an outer impulses that gave me positive inspiration, I would not say a TV programme, there are variety of books that had a very positive and inspiring effect on me.
Music is a boundless source of positivity.

Remember always that the man , who has a motive to live for, can endure everything. If you believe in goodness, sooner or later everything comes at the proper places.

Hope that helps!
Wish you luck!

Well most Christians will answer the Bible....
and that is true enough, but well I must say that it would have to be the Little House on the Prairie series by Laura Ingall Wilder.

lol, no I can't really think of anything right now, but it is a cool question and I'll go home and think about it. No, really, I will. I PROMISE!

I find the song Lateralus by Tool really positive, it's lyrics are quite spiritual about being on a higher plane of existence (or "swing on the spiral of our divinity [i.e. God]"). Check the wikipedia page on it there's a lot to the lyrics in it

Reach For the Sky
the story of a true British hero, Douglas Bader
who lost both of his legs
but fought for us in WW2
he also carried on playing golf.
the lump in my throat turned into a golf ball and
I won a club championship at 17.
God bless his memory.
One of the finest Britain has ever offered.

May everyone be happy and safe,
and may their hearts be filled with joy.
May all living beings live in Security and in Peace--
beings who are frail or strong,
tall or short, big or small,
visible or not visible, near or far away,
already born or yet to be born.
may all of them dwell in perfect tranquility.
Let no one do harm to anyone.
Let no one put the life of anyone in danger.
Let no one, out of anger or ill will,
wish anyone any harm.
