OK,
I've thought many times about the infinity and I ended with several ideas and what is worse...more paradoxes than ideas.:

1. Is the universe born from the Big bang? - No.
Several galaxies, including ours are born from the Big bang but not the entire world...this is just because, before the big bang there was another big bang...and so and so on...Also its impossible one hing to exist for a boundless time and then just to explode...

2. If the universe has always been around what does this mean?-
Well I think thats the most interesting part. If we assume that our world has no beginning and no end....that means that probably out there some alien civilizations are so evolved that they are not only
billions of years better than us, but boundless years...

3. Is the infinity a real thing or just an idea?
Well, I think our world is not exactly "infinite". If two things have always been moving to the opposite way one from another...that means that they will meet each other.

You argument falls apart on the first assumption - that there could not have been an infinite amount of time before the big bang happened to create our universe. The answer to that comes from quantum physics which states that matter can be made from virtual particles in a vacuum. These virtual particles are always appearing in a vacuum and disappearing before they can have an effect on the universe. The fact that there are virtual particles comes from experiments where scientist added energy to a vacuum allowing the particles to register on their equipment before they disappeared again back into the vacuum.

So the theory is that a vacuum existed for an unknown amount of time until virtual particles got enough energy to make the big bang out of the vacuum. Of course this begs the question of where the extra energy came from. If you look at it from a religious perspective then it came from God. From the string theory perspective, it came from branes which exist in another dimension. When they collide a new universe is born from the collision. All this boils down to is that the universe could have come from nothing which could have existed for an infinite amount of time before either branes colliding or God caused our universe to be created (or maybe a combination of both?) approximately 15 billion years ago.

Your second assumption, that the universe was always around, has been proved to be incorrect because we can see through telescopes to when the first galaxies were born. We can tell from these observations and from the background radiation from the big bang that the universe was born somewhere between 10 billion and 20 billion years ago. Our solar system was born about 5 billion years ago so it is possible that older alien civilizations exist but they can't be infinitely old because the universe is not infinitely old.

Finally, I'm not sure I understand what your third point is asking so I won't try to answer that one. Why do two things moving in opposite ways have to meet each other?

1. No. Several big bangs would create obvious results - stuff further out moving more slowly from the 'other' big bang, several surfaces of last scattering, etc, which we don't see. Also, it's not like something exploded and then we had galaxies. It's a gradual evolution from an expansion. We're not quite sure how it happened yet, but that CERTAINLY doesn't mean it couldn't have.

2. The universe has NOT always been around. It's 13.7 billion years old.

3. The universe is not spherical, like the Earth. Two things moving in opposite directions don't eventually meet up.

If Big Bang theory show what ,does it explain Why?
They talk about infinite expension but why should there be One?
Or mabe its just going around in circular motion ;that has no boundary since it returns to the same spot again.
there has to be reason Why the Universe function as it is.
What appears to astronomer a radial may just be a very small curvature.
Everything in the Universe has a structure and architecture.
Therefore has limits. The definition of a structure is that it has boundaries other wise it wouldnt be a structure.
The number .33333........seems to be infinite but it has a limit which is one third. So things that appear to humans as infinite in this Universe are finite and possess a containment.
And this Universe is built Uniquely for Humans and particularly Cosmologist. Without the UNiverse cosmologist wouldnt have a job.
HUmans are finite structures. and cannot understand what is at the end of the tunnel =Infinity. So why wrecht your brain to find out?

This is why I rarely think about such things. I do enjoy the more tangible aspects of astronomy, but cosmology today is just as esoteric as attempting to contemplate God. The answers to these questions have no bearing on my life so mostly I just don't care. Besides, I think it is the ultimate in human vanity to think we are capable of understanding the complete nature of the universe (either through religion or science). Even many scientists, when pressed, will tell you that the Big Bang theory is really just a best guess based upon current observations. And ask any cleric where God came from and they will likely tell you that you are being silly.

Personally, I'm more concerned about paying off my mortgage and checking out the cool photos and data we are getting from the Mars rovers and Cassini spacecraft.

Well you are forgetting that time is not constant. Before the big bang there was no time. Also if you need a example of infinity look at black holes they are an infinitely small infinitely dense concentration of mater. This helped to prove that our universe could come out of nothing.
