Okay I have a Motorola Trac Phone and I also I a Motorola Nextle Phone. so I pu tthe trac phone sims card in the nextle. The contects work but I cant call out. please help me with this problekm

Nextel phones are NOT compatible with ANY sim that is not from an iDEN provider. It doesn't matter if it's unlocked or not. The TracPhones work on GSM, and Nextel phones are iDEN. They are two completely different technologies and are not compatible with each other.

You can't just put the sim card from a tracphone into a nextel. If you are trying to get service from your nextel, you have to go to the store (nextel/sprint). That is the way to get service. I had trac phone once, the problem with them are that the sim card they give you, usually only works with the product they give you.

the trac sim will not work in the nextel unless you could find the unlock code for the nextel but i am pretty sure that they can not be unlocked wish you luck
they are different net works all together

Most likely, the phone is locked. You'll have to find a shop that offers unlocking (most smaller and independent phone shops will offer this).
