I need help in creating a stock screener that will work on Microsoft Excel. Anybody out there that can tell me how I can develop a stock screener on Microsoft Excel?

Why would you want to?

A screener is worthless without useful data. The amount of time you'd need to put into gathering, organizing, and maintaining the data would be significant.

There are so many screening tools available on the Internet, and they give you a wide variety of options for selecting data. And most allow you to export data to EXCEL once you have gotten down to a manageable level of data.

There are two Yahoo discussion groups I'd suggest for this topic:

http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/xltraders/
http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/smf_addin/

The second is mine, but it deals more with ad hoc collection of data from the web instead of database-level.

Also, it might be worth taking a look at some of the online screeners that are available. Here's a list that "The Kirk Report" recently had on their blog:

In binary options you will have the possibility to predict the movement of various assets such as stocks, currency pairs, commodities and indices. Learn how you can make money trading binary options https://tinyurl.im/aH4wG An option has only two outcomes (hence the name "binary" options). This is because the value of an asset can only go up or down during a given time frame. Your task will be to predict if the value of an asset with either go up or down during a certain amount of time.

Unless you got some programming skills and some time to burn, I think it will be cheaper (time is money) to simply buy a software package that will do this for you.
