More of that tasty food should do the trick... maybe you can adopt it eventually? Of course, it may never be your friend in the same way you expect friendship from a dog... you just have to live with that... I think it's part of the charm...

Use the soft little voice you would use if you were talking to a baby...and try to coax it to you with some kind of food (tuna, cheese, chicken). Their stubborn critters, but you can win them over with food most of the time. â¥
