Their pay should be docked before they ever see it. If you kill them the children will still be unsupported. All employers need to care enough to see that the children are taken care of first. A lot of deadbeats will move job to job or take a job that pays cash to avoid paying child support. I think we should be able to make a "citizens arrest" to make them pay.

good question they should have whatever they make garnished until they are caught up...they shpuld take at least 50% if they areway behind and they should have very limited visitation rights until he makes up a substancal amount..
