Ok I hurt my arm playing bball and when i was playing it i hurt it IDK HOW! Umm wehn i touch the upper/middle part of my arm theres a werid bump there wat is it!

Could be just a big bump and a bruise but if it discolored quickly, got red or purple you may have a broken arm. You could have a hirline fracture, or something they call a popcycle twist. You know how if you take a fresh popcycle stick and you twist it. It doesn't break all the way through.
I would go to the ER because they are better equipped to handle this. If you go to regular doc they have to send you to an orthopedist another two days down the drain and your arm still hurts.

The bump may be just muscular swelling and soft tissue injury. I doubt that this is life-threatening and you can do much to resolve this by applying ice packs to your arm - 15 min. on, 15 min. off - and by taking an analgesic such as Tylenol or Motrin/Advil. Try to avoid using the arm so you can rest the muscles. As long as you can move the hand and fingers on that arm, it's probably not fractured.
